On 2/3 August the Round 3 - Night Race - of the Tricolore RX at the prestigious Venetian venue

The round that was missing from the calendar of the Italian Rallycross Championship has finally been unveiled: but the wait has been well rewarded, because Sport Club Maggiora, promoter of the championship, has closed with a real bang: Round 3 will be run at the prestigious Adria International Raceway on 2/3 August, and it will be, another novelty, a Night Race!

Actually, on Friday 2 there will only be free practice, at night, and the actual Round will be held on Saturday 3 August, with the semi-finals and finals at night.


Specially designed route

The track of Round 3 of the Italian Rallycross Championship will be located inside the main circuit ofAdria International Raceway (2.702 m), a permanent track operating since 2001, which in a few years has become one of the most important poles in Italy for national and international motorsport activities, as well as being a complete structure to receive events of various kinds, from exhibitions to conferences.

The President of the Off Road & Cross Country Rally Commission of ACI Sport Gianluca Marotta, present at the definition of the partnership, expressed great satisfaction, as well as Mario Altoè, Director of Adria International Raceway: "In anticipation of an expansion of the activities of the structure that will also include a Rallycross track we are very pleased to host this important Italian event. With the Promoters of the Championship and Riccardo Fasola we immediately found a good agreement, well aware that we are working with leading Organizers in the Italian Rallycross sector. It will surely be the beginning of a future collaboration".
