Silvano Ruga (Renault Clio), present in both rounds, will have the great opportunity to score important points for the Championship, but he will have to face Marco Valazza who will be back on track with his Ford Fiesta after missing the Castelletto Circuit round and the misadventures of Round 1. On Sunday 6 June the driver currently third in the overall standings, Paolo "Popy" Barbieri (Citroen C2), will also be at the start.

It promises to be a great battle in this category even if the predictions for the victory of both rounds can only point to the Czech Roman Castoral and his Opel Astra OPC.
