ELIGIBLE VEHICLES AND TYRES


CARS

  • RX1 (ex Supercar): 4-wheel drive cars, up to 3500cc. complying with FIA 279/279A All.J, CEZ Rallycross/Autocross, CSAI VST 2004 (no center drive and no wire mesh in place of windows and windshields), groups N/A/R, S2000, special slalom, E1 Italia.
    Cars in the above classes must comply with the limits imposed by FIA All.J 279: weight (Art. 4); turbo flange (Art. 5.2.3); sensors (Art. 7.1); traction control (Art. 7.1.1)
  • RX5: cars complying with R5 technical regulation, S2000 technical regulation, N5 Italy technical regulation.
    Cars must comply with the limits imposed by FIA All.J 279: weight (Art. 4)
  • RX3 (ex Super1600/STCm1600) (Junior Rallycross): 2-wheel drive cars, up to 1600cc. complying with FIA 279 All.J, CEZ Rallycross/Autocross, CSAI VST 2004 (no center drive and no metal mesh in place of windows and windshields), groups N/A/R, special slalom, E1 Italia, Racing Start and Racing Start plus.
    Cars in the above classes must comply with the limits imposed by FIA All.J 279: weight (Art. 4); sensors (Art. 7.1); traction control (Art. 7.2)
  • RX4 (formerly STCm2000/STCp2000): 2-wheel drive cars, over 1600cc. up to 4000cc. complying with CEZ Rallycross, CSAI VST 2004 (forbidden center drive and forbidden wire mesh in place of windows and windshields), groups N/A/R, special slalom, E1 Italia, Racing Start and Racing Start plus.
    Turbo Diesel cars allowed (turbo diesel coefficient 1.5)
  • Kart Cross: 2-wheel drive prototypes, 600 cc. complying with the Kart Cross technical regulations (3-cylinder Yamaha MT-09 850cc or 890cc engine allowed), Article 279B All.J of the FIA regulations (all cars must comply with the provisions of the Kart Cross technical regulations Art. 5 - weight)
  • SPORT RX: cars complying with the SPORT RX technical regulations.

Cars in categories RX1, RX5, RX3, RX4 are allowed the following modifications (even if not specifically authorized by their source passports):

  • Glass: in accordance with FIA regulation All.J 279 Art. 10.2.2
  • Headlights: in accordance with FIA regulation All.J 279 Art. 10.2.15 and Art. 11.5
  • Bumpers: in accordance with FIA regulation All.J 279 Art. 10.2.14d and Art. 10.2.16
  • Passenger seat: in accordance with FIA regulation All.J 279 Art. 11.2.1

Cars belonging to the RX3 and RX4 categories are allowed the modifications specified in the RX3/RX4 technical regulations, an integral part of this RDS (even if not specifically authorized by their source passports).


TYRES

  • RX1, RX5, RX3, RX4:
    • tires used in international Rallycross championships (according to FIA Annex J rule art. 279.9.2), CEZ Rallycross regulation, Rally tires, Track Day tires are allowed (use of exclusively road tires prohibited)
    • the rim diameter is free but cannot exceed 18″.
    • the use of slick, ground, studded tires, anti-skid devices, thermal blankets and any artificial heating system is prohibited
    • only and exclusively in the event that Race Direction declares a WET RACE situation, the use of tires for mixed snow/ice and asphalt surfaces, not approved for road use (e.g. Pirelli Sottozero STZ B/Michelin Pilot Alpin/Hankook Winter iPike SR20 models, etc.) is allowed.
      Only for the RX3 and RX4 category, the use of M+S tires is allowed, also of road homologation.
      Any tire used must be studless
    • only and exclusively in the event that WET RACE conditions are declared EXTREME by Race Direction, the use of ground tires is authorized
  • SPORT RX
    • cars using 10″ maximum diameter tires will refer to the current Kart Cross technical regulations; all other cars will follow the RX4 regulations
